Dr. Camea Peca

I believe you have to walk the walk to talk the talk, I am a survivor turned thriver that has tried, tested, and cherry-picked the most amazing tools and strategies coupled with a good dose of creative flair, the vital ingredients that made my own healing journey a reality, which has culminated in a Ph.D., the honor to get up in the morning to teach and heal amazing individuals and most importantly a dynamic mother, wife, and human!

-I have a self-diagnosed ping-pong brain, which means I can quickly bounce from one idea to another and am very skilled at moving with other active and fast-thinking brains

-I am a self-proclaimed nerd, I love to read everything books, articles, and magazines. I am old school and prefer paper but am open to digital, when I get a new book I get really excited, if reading random stuff was a career, I would be in!

-I am eclectic, in my thoughts, opinions, style. This means I am also open, curious, and respectful to anything anyone brings to our time together, nothing is off limits.

-I am creative arts trained and love to use it because being creative and crafty feeds my soul and bypasses the critic!

-I am the love child of neuroscience and eccentricity, a true blend!

Francis Peca

I've been a coach since I was 7 years old but took on a successful corporate leadership career instead. That's until pivotal events took me to a place to pursue my dream. A coach that utilizes my passion and uniqueness to lead people into the amazing dynamic life they always dreamed of but never thought possible. I coach the “ Down to Dynamic “ couples, individual transformation coaching and the 55 plus Primetime.

Before I was a life coach, I spent many years in various leadership positions. Two roles that helped lead me to life coaching was a National trainer position I obtained for 7 years.

In this role I spent a good portion of the time teaching leadership along with countless life lessons I had shared with the class. I consistently received feedback after each class on how much they had learned and the impact it had on their lives. I knew that was what I wanted to do in my heart.

I later took on a role with another company which led to managing a Region successfully year after year. I had a great job, worked for a great company, and worked with great people. I knew though inside that life coaching was what I was meant to do. Luckily, I finally pursued my dream which is to help others all while I am being me and helping you be successful being YOU!
